Personal Admin OS - Kirana Store

Kirana owners run on credit both ways. Suppliers want their bill paid on a fixed day, customers pay when they can, and most owners keep it all in their head. The kirana owner we interviewed in Tamil Nadu told us he writes nothing down. He said big companies like ITC give stock only bill-to-bill, and banks never look at shops like his.

Our app is a money planner he runs by voice. He talks in Tamil and photographs supplier bills, and the app turns that into dues, credit and stock without any typing. Every Monday it tells him if the coming week will be short and who to collect from first. Payment reminders go from his own WhatsApp with a Paytm link. If collecting still won’t cover the gap, it works out the loan he needs from his own numbers, names the matching Mudra scheme, and builds the statement a bank asks for.

AI reads, code counts. Gemini and Sarvam turn speech and photos into entries, but every rupee is calculated in tested code. Each number is marked as verified or as what the owner said, and nothing is saved or sent until he confirms. Built with Flutter, Next.js, Supabase, Sarvam, Gemini, Paytm and n8n.
