PolicyGuard AI is an intelligent Data Policy Agent designed to automate compliance monitoring within organizations. Its purpose is to transform unstructured policy documents (PDFs) into structured, machine-readable rules and continuously scan company databases to detect policy violations with clear, explainable justifications.
The goal of the project is to eliminate manual compliance audits by building an AI-powered system that ensures accurate, transparent, and continuous enforcement of business and regulatory policies. By combining AI-driven rule extraction, automated data scanning, human review workflows, and periodic monitoring, PolicyGuard AI helps organizations proactively identify risks, reduce compliance costs, and generate audit-ready reports with actionable insights.
In the future, we plan to introduce a subscription-based model for businesses, offering scalable compliance monitoring, advanced analytics, automated reporting, and enterprise integrations as a SaaS solution.
