Our project automates compliance monitoring by transforming unstructured PDF policy documents into actionable rules and continuously checking company data for violations. This reduces manual effort, errors, and risk, ensuring organizations stay compliant efficiently.

Goals:

Extract rules from PDF policies using NLP and convert them into structured conditions.

Scan databases automatically to detect records that violate compliance or business rules.

Provide explainable results showing which rule was broken, which record triggered it, and why.

Incorporate human oversight for review before final action.
