Poly is a real-time multilingual AI assistance platform designed to make voice-based customer and public support more natural, accessible, and reliable. It enables callers to communicate naturally in English, Hindi, and Hinglish, including switching between languages during the same conversation. Poly understands the ongoing conversation, remembers previously provided information, asks for clarification when important details are unclear, and confirms critical information before proceeding.

Beyond simply answering questions, Poly continuously evaluates its confidence and follows a dedicated safety layer to avoid making uncertain or inappropriate claims. When the conversation requires human judgement, the AI is uncertain, or the caller specifically requests assistance from a person, Poly seamlessly escalates the call to a human agent. The human agent joins the same real-time voice session and receives the relevant conversation context, allowing them to continue the interaction without forcing the caller to repeat everything.
