PRIORITY-IQ is an AI-assisted emergency dispatch support system designed to help operators quickly identify life-threatening emergency calls in high-volume environments such as 112 / 100 / 911 call centers.

The system listens to incoming emergency calls in real time and analyzes audio stress patterns—including voice volume, pitch, pitch variability, and silence—to classify each call into urgency levels such as Calm, Stressed, or Screaming. These classifications act as risk signals, helping operators prioritize calls where immediate physical danger is likely, even when the caller is panicking, unable to speak clearly, or disconnects abruptly.

PRIORITY-IQ works as a decision-support layer, not an automated dispatcher. It integrates seamlessly into existing emergency workflows, surfacing high-risk calls visually on a live dashboard while ensuring final control always remains with human operators. The system is designed to be explainable, reliable, and safe, avoiding black-box decisions in critical public-safety contexts.

By optimizing system-level response rather than relying on user-side apps, PRIORITY-IQ ensures that limited police and emergency resources are directed first to those facing the most immediate danger—particularly women in distress—thereby reducing response delays and improving outcomes in real-world emergency situations.
