🎯 Purpose
The purpose of EchoSphere is to create an intelligent real-time Voice AI Sales Agent that can conduct natural sales conversations with customers, understand their requirements, handle objections, and guide them toward a sales outcome such as qualification or demo booking.

- Natural Voice Interaction: Enable human-like conversations with low-latency responses and interruption handling.
- Customer Understanding: Identify customer needs, intent, and changing requirements during the conversation.
- Adaptive Selling: Change the AI's sales approach based on the customer's persona and behavior.

- Multilingual Communication: Support English, Hindi, and Hinglish conversations.

- CRM & Calendar Integration: Connect conversations with sales workflows and enable meeting/demo booking.
- Conversation Intelligence: Provide live transcription, chat/presence, call recording, and conversation history for sales teams.
