RoundTable AI is an adaptive AI-powered interview platform that simulates a real multi-role interview panel.
Its goal is to make interviews more realistic and dynamic by having different AI interviewers, such as Technical, Product, Customer, and Hiring Manager, share the same candidate context and adapt their questions based on the candidate’s answers.
The key goal is not just to ask questions, but to intelligently decide which interviewer should ask next, what they should ask, and how difficult the question should be, while producing an evidence-based final assessment.
