Saarthi AI is an AI-powered OPD triage and smart queue management system designed for KGMU Lucknow to reduce hospital overcrowding and improve patient prioritization.
The platform pre-triages patients through a WhatsApp-style conversational interface, analyzes symptoms using Google Gemini AI, predicts wait times, and automatically routes critical patients to the correct department.
