SAARTHI is an AI customer-support agent that ingests messages on WhatsApp or email, classifies them with an LLM, searches a knowledge base, escalates to Jira when needed, drafts a grounded reply, sends it back on the same channel, and logs an audit record on GitHub. External SaaS calls (Gmail, Jira, Resend, GitHub) go through Swytchcode; WhatsApp uses the OpenWA gateway directly.
