Our project is built to protect women during ride-share journeys without asking them to react in moments of fear. Instead of relying on panic buttons, the app quietly watches the ride in the background and understands what should be happening versus what is happening.
Once a user confirms the expected route, the system continuously checks for unusual behavior—such as sudden route deviations, long unexplained stops, entering risky areas, or location being forcefully disabled. If these patterns suggest danger, the app automatically sends help, sharing live location with trusted contacts and emergency services, all without alerting the driver.
The goal is simple: detect danger early, act silently, and give the user reassurance that help is already on the way—even if they are unable or afraid to ask for it.
