SahayakAI is a multilingual voice assistance and intelligent human escalation platform designed to make AI-powered support more reliable and accessible. It understands Hindi, English, and Hinglish conversations in real time using voice AI and Agora Voice RTC. The system uses dynamic confidence scoring to understand when the AI can continue, when it should clarify information, and when a human agent should take over. It provides context-preserving human handoff, safety-aware decision making, real-time conversation monitoring, and a support dashboard. SahayakAI aims to deliver faster, safer, and more human-centered customer assistance through the combination of Voice AI, agentic AI, and intelligent escalation.
