SalesPilot AI is an adaptive, agentic voice sales representative that changes its sales strategy in real time based on customer behavior. It combines real-time voice interaction through Agora with sales intelligence, persistent customer memory, and an Agentic Decision Engine that analyzes intent, sentiment, objections, buying stage, and lead score. The system dynamically chooses the next sales goal, strategy, and action, verifies the outcome, and replans when needed. Our goal is to move beyond scripted AI sales bots and create a sales agent that can understand, adapt, and act throughout a live conversation.
