Introducing the Conversational Event Planner, an AI-powered co-pilot that transforms the high-stress, fragmented process of event planning into a single, seamless voice conversation. Our project tackles the complete, end-to-end challenge of event management, from initial brainstorming to the final guest invitation.

At its core, our system leverages a high-performance, real-time technology stack. We use Agora's Conversational AI Engine with its built-in ARES ASR for natural, low-latency voice interaction, combined with the blistering inference speed of Groq’s Llama 3.1 LLM. This isn't just a simple chatbot; users can speak naturally, and our AI intelligently parses complex needs (e.g., "Find me a wedding venue in Delhi for 200 people under 5 lakh").

Our AI's "Enhanced Function Calling" instantly searches a dummy database of for real venues and vendors across India and also on its general knowledge, providing real-time recommendations, dynamic budget estimations, and detailed cost breakdowns.

But our solution doesn't stop at planning. Once the details are finalized, the assistant automatically generates a professional PDF report complete with all booking details and budget visualizations. As a final, powerful step, the user can simply upload an Excel guest list, and our system will auto-send beautiful, event-themed email invitations to all attendees.

Built with FastAPI, ElevenLabs, and a robust auto-save system, the Conversational Event Planner is a complete, production-ready solution that turns weeks of manual planning into a single 10-minute conversation.
