SmartPolicy

SmartPolicy is an AI-powered compliance automation platform that transforms static policy documents into executable enforcement logic.

Organizations often maintain detailed compliance policies, but enforcing them manually against operational data is slow, error-prone, and inefficient. SmartPolicy solves this problem by automatically extracting structured compliance rules from uploaded policy documents and applying them to real-world datasets.

Administrators can upload policies (PDF, image, or text), and the system uses AI to identify enforceable rules, extract structured conditions (field, operator, value, severity), and store them in a rule engine. Users can then upload operational datasets (CSV files), which are processed asynchronously in the background. SmartPolicy evaluates each record against the extracted rules and generates detailed violation reports.

The result is a scalable, automated compliance monitoring system that bridges the gap between written policies and real-time operational enforcement.
