Soil2Action is an AI-assisted mobile application that converts Soil Health Card data into simple, actionable crop and fertilizer guidance for farmers.
The app allows farmers to scan/upload a Soil Health Card, extracts key soil parameters such as NPK and pH, combines them with the selected crop and field area, and processes the data through a rule-based recommendation engine.
