Our platform solves this with a fully adaptive, voice-native AI interview panel that conducts an end-to-end interview tailored to the candidate’s role, seniority, resume, and responses. Multiple AI interviewer personas assess technical depth, architecture, project ownership, practical experience, problem-solving, and communication through dynamic questioning, live coding, system design, and real-world crisis scenarios. Every verdict is deterministic and directly tied to measurable scores and transcript evidence, with integrity monitoring built in. Beyond hiring, the platform supports job matching and automated resume optimization, creating an end-to-end experience for both employers and candidates.
