Student Copilot AI is a smart, automated workspace designed to completely eliminate the anxiety of missed college deadlines and administrative late fines.
Every semester, students struggle to decipher dense, poorly formatted, and often bilingual (Hindi/English) official college notices. Critical information—such as exam fee deadlines, required scholarship documents, and physical counter locations—is frequently buried in institutional jargon.
Our core purpose is to seamlessly bridge this communication gap. By simply dragging and dropping a messy circular or notice into our application, our AI engine instantly extracts the chaos into a structured, actionable dashboard.
Our primary goals are to:
- Simplify Information: Automatically translate and summarize dense administrative notices into simple, colloquial language (Hinglish/English) that students can actually understand in seconds.
- Organize Deadlines: Generate precise, trackable Todo lists complete with strict deadlines, late-fine warnings, and required document checklists.
- Proactive Alerts: Ensure students never miss a deadline again by delivering automated, personalized WhatsApp reminders directly to their phones hours before a deadline expires.
- Instant Assistance: Provide a contextual AI chat assistant capable of instantly answering any specific student queries regarding the uploaded notice (e.g., "Where is counter no. 2?" or "What happens if my attendance is below 75%?").
Ultimately, Student Copilot AI empowers students to focus entirely on their academics rather than navigating bureaucratic hurdles, saving them hours of frustration while ensuring 100% administrative compliance.
