TRIAGE-X

vecna variables triage x komal pokale healthcare patient queue

TRIAGE-X is a next-generation clinical command center designed to replace the traditional "First-In, First-Out" queue model with an AI-driven medical priority system.
As a senior engineer, I've architected this to be a mission-critical tool that optimizes hospital throughput using the following core pillars:
1. Intelligent Triage Engine
This system analyzes patient symptoms in real-time. It assigns a clinical urgency score (CRITICAL to ROUTINE) based on medical reasoning rather than arrival time, ensuring life-threatening cases are seen immediately.
2. Multi-Role Ecosystem
Attending Physician: A high-fidelity dashboard for managing active clinical sessions, viewing AI-generated triage insights, and conducting telehealth consults.
Clinical Staff: A "Staff Station" for global queue oversight, department-specific filtering, and live system load monitoring.
Self-Registration: A multi-lingual, multi-step intake portal supporting 8+ Indian languages, enabling patients to register via voice or text.
3. Advanced Communication (Telehealth & Voice)
Integrated with Gemini's Native Audio (Live API) and TTS, TRIAGE-X features:
Aria Assistant: An AI receptionist that conducts automated patient interviews.
Telehealth Bridge: A secure video/audio environment with real-time clinical transcription and biometric overlays.
VAD (Voice Activity Detection): Smart audio processing that handles pauses and ambient noise during patient check-ins.
4. Technical Sophistication
Real-time Monitoring: A cinematic "Monitor HUD" for public-facing or staff-room displays.
I18n Engine: Deep localization for Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, and Urdu.
Security: HIPAA-inspired design with role-specific authentication gateways and secure data handling.
In short, it's a high-performance bridge between raw medical intake and clinical decision-making.
