TrustShield is an AI-powered workplace harassment reporting platform that helps employees speak up safely and helps HR teams take fair, structured action.
Employees can report incidents anonymously, track case progress, and upload evidence without fear of retaliation. HR teams manage every case through a mandatory 5-step workflow (Received → Review → Investigation → Action → Closed), ensuring accountability and transparency.
TrustShield prevents misuse of anonymous reporting using AI confidence scoring and creates a complete audit trail for every case. It’s designed to rebuild trust, protect people, and create safer workplaces.
