Project Purpose: Tulo is a modern, trust-first prop-tech (property technology) platform designed to streamline the rental experience for both landlords and tenants. It aims to eliminate the friction, opacity, and fraud often found in the rental market by providing verified listings and intelligent management tools.

Core Goals & Key Features:
- The "Attested Video" Moat: The absolute core of Tulo is building undeniable trust. By mandating and prominently displaying "Attested Video Walkthroughs" alongside verified coordinates and ratings, Tulo ensures tenants know exactly what they are getting before they visit, drastically reducing fake or misleading listings.
- Dual-Sided Dashboard: The app seamlessly serves two roles:
- Landlords: Can track rent collections, manage maintenance requests, generate vacancy posters, and onboard new properties.
- Tenants: Can easily pay rent, submit maintenance tickets, view their lease, and explore verified nearby places.
- Interactive Map Discovery: A robust, interactive map (currently focused heavily on Lucknow) allows users to filter and discover verified Flats, PGs, and Commercial spaces visually across meticulously defined neighborhoods.
- AI-Powered Concierge: Tulo integrates an AI assistant (powered by Gemini) to act as a concierge. It helps tenants understand complex lease terms and draft messages, while helping landlords autofill leases, triage maintenance priority, and perform preliminary KYC reviews.
