UCCP fixes that.
UCCP is an AI-powered centralized platform that transforms how citizens report civil problems to the government. A citizen clicks a photo of a pothole, uploads it, and within seconds our AI analyzes the evidence, generates a formal complaint report, identifies the exact responsible government authority, and files it directly — all without the citizen needing to know which department to contact or which portal to visit.
Every complaint gets a unique tracking ID. Every status update is visible in real time. Every authority's contact is one tap away.
We cover 8 complaint categories — infrastructure, digital fraud, bribery, public health, environment, transport, consumer rights, and social welfare — all routed intelligently to the right government department using geolocation and AI.
