Voice AI Sales Agent is a real-time conversational AI system that conducts natural, adaptive sales call in place of rigid, scripted bots. Built on Agora's conversational AI Engine for seamless voice interaction, the agent uses a LangGraph powered brain to understand customer needs, remember context across the entire conversation, and respond to interruptions, changing requirements, and objections.

Purpose:

Sales teams routinely lose qualified leads to bots that break down the moment a conversation deviates from a fixed script. Our project solves this by giving the agent memory reasoning and access to real product or pricing data, so that it can hold a genuinely responsive conversation instead of following a rigid flow.

Goals:

• Enable natural, interruption tolerant voice conversations that feel human not robotic.
• Qualify leads through spoken dialogue while retaining context throughout the call.
• Ground every factual answer in real product/pricing data via RAG
• Automatically move every call toward a concrete outcome: a booked meeting, a qualified lead, or a scheduled follow-up.
• Escalate to human agent with full context when the conversation needs it.
