Description of the Project:
The VisakhaGrid is an advanced municipal management platform designed to automate high-density urban infrastructure and coordinate essential citizen services. The application features an autonomous, driverless EV cab transit fleet operating on interactive topological maps, supplemented by high-speed maglev train networks. Citizens can seamlessly query public databases, clear utility bills, and request customizable contactless virtual SMART CARDs embedded with dynamic QR codes and NFC transaction capabilities. All financial operations are processed using an offline Sovereign CBDC e-Rupee ledger carrying green-score carbon incentives. Additionally, the platform integrates a localized offline semantic RAG grounding database, an interactive municipal civil complaints registry, collaborative community social-work leaderboards, and safe administrator auditing portals.
I built this system to revolutionize municipal administration by proving that decentralized, resilient smart-city architecture can operate entirely offline. By creating a unified sandbox that bridges green public transit dispatching, secure e-Rupee currency flows, contactless SMART CARD verification, and AI-grounded municipal directives, I aimed to eliminate high latency and single points of failure. This application guarantees that citizens have access to critical urban resources, transparent tracking dashboards, and reliable emergency systems even in disconnected environments.
