VivaMind is a live oral CS exam you take by speaking. Pick DSA, OOP, DBMS, OS, Networks, or JavaScript, allow the mic, and sit with Dr. Ananya Rao. She asks one question at a time, says if you were good or not quite, then moves on. You can talk over her to cut in.
It runs on Agora Conversational AI (official Next.js template): RTC for the voice room, RTM for the live transcript, barge-in, and STT/LLM/TTS latency chips. Agora-managed Deepgram, OpenAI, and MiniMax — no extra vendor keys.
Goal: a collab-education viva that feels like a human oral, demoable in one minute.
