Voice AI Incident Commander is an AI-powered incident coordination assistant that helps technical teams manage live production incidents through real-time voice communication. Built using Agora, the AI joins the incident room, listens to responder conversations, understands different speakers, and converts discussions into structured incident intelligence.
The system automatically organizes information into Facts, Hypotheses, Decisions, Actions, and Conflicts, while maintaining a live incident timeline and shared command center. It identifies missing information, highlights unresolved risks, and recommends next steps without making critical decisions on its own.
The platform also supports integrations with Jira, Slack, PagerDuty, and monitoring signals. The core goal is to improve incident response speed, coordination, and decision-making while keeping humans firmly in control.
