Vyapar Mitra is an AI-powered business growth agent designed to help small merchants manage operations, improve profitability, and explore digital commerce opportunities. Unlike conventional tools that primarily record transactions, Vyapar Mitra focuses on analysing business data, identifying problems, and recommending actionable strategies for growth.

1. Merchant Command Center: A unified dashboard to monitor orders, revenue, gross profit, inventory, and sales channel performance, providing merchants with a clear overview of their business.
2. AI-Powered Growth Strategies: Identifies pricing opportunities, stock shortages, slow-moving inventory, and pending customer enquiries. It recommends actions such as price optimization, customer follow-ups, and product bundling to improve commercial performance.
3. Growth Doctor: Analyses business information to highlight trapped capital, potential discount leakage, underpriced products, and other opportunities to improve profitability.
4. WhatsApp Business Assistant: Allows merchants to request business summaries, sales reports, platform-specific reports, stock updates, order information, and growth recommendations through natural-language conversations. Reports can be delivered as concise text summaries, detailed PDFs, and audio explanations where supported.
5. Digital Marketplace Intelligence: Helps merchants evaluate suitable online sales channels by considering product costs, marketplace fees, shipping expenses, and estimated margins before expanding into digital commerce.
