Students and young professionals increasingly face stress, anxiety, and emotional burnout due to academic pressure, career uncertainty, and personal challenges. However, many individuals struggle to recognize the seriousness of their mental health concerns or take the first step toward seeking help because of stigma, limited awareness, and unclear access to appropriate support. Our solution addresses this gap by providing a structured mental health support system that enables early identification of concerns and guides users toward suitable resources through a simple self-assessment and clear, color-coded navigation model.
Our website serves as a safe and anonymous mental health support navigator for students and young professionals. Users begin by creating an account and selecting focus areas such as anxiety and stress, substance use, eating disorders, or academic pressure. After completing a short self-assessment, users receive a color-coded result indicating their level of mental distress. The platform then offers progressive support: calming games like bubble pop for green, soothing music and voice-wave experiences for yellow, and empathetic chatbot interactions for orange levels. For higher distress levels (red), the platform highlights verified helpline numbers, professional resources, and guided breathing exercises. The chatbot system includes multiple characters to suit different emotional preferences, and future phases plan to integrate verified mental health professionals through character-based chat. By combining assessment, interactive tools, and guided support in one platform, the website promotes mental health awareness, emotional regulation, early help-seeking, and user privacy.
