At GDG Cloud Noida, we strive to deliver the best possible experience for our attendees. However, please note the following terms regarding refunds:

🔁 Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.Requests made within 24 hours of ticket purchase may be considered, provided the request is submitted at least 7 days prior to the event date.

• No refunds will be processed:

  • After 7 days before the event

  • For attendees who fail to attend without prior notice

🕐 Refund Request Process

• Send an email to gdgnoidacloud@gmail.com with the subject: Refund Request – GCCD 2025

• Include your full name, email ID used for booking, and reason for cancellation

• Allow up to 7 business days for us to process your request

❗ Important Notes

• Transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable

• Refund requests made after attending part of the event will not be entertained

• Repeated or unreasonable refund demands may lead to being deprioritized for future events or removal from community activities

We request all participants to make informed decisions and reach out respectfully.
If you change your mind about attending, you're welcome to reconnect a week before the event and re-confirm.
