Welcome to DevFest Lucknow 2025, the city’s most awaited community-driven developer conference by Google Developer Groups.
This year’s DevFest will be invite-only, curated for passionate developers, professionals, and builders - creating a focused, high-impact experience for all attendees.

• Paid event: Confirmation is through payment after shortlisting.

🪜 Registration & Selection Process

1. Fill the Registration Form
   Fill your form carefully - this helps us understand your background and interests better.

2. Profile Review & Shortlisting
   Every registration is reviewed by our team.
   (In the last event, we reviewed 800+ profiles and selected 200 attendees.)
   Past participation and engagement in GDG events are considered.

3. RSVP Mail - November 2
   Shortlisted participants will receive an RSVP email containing payment details and the link to confirm their seat.

4. Payment & Confirmation

   • Regular Pass: ₹499

   • Early Bird Discount: Limited coupon codes will be shared via email with selected participants.
     (Early bird passes will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis.)

5. Workshop Invites
   Separate, invite-only workshops will be held for confirmed attendees - selection will again be based on profile and participation relevance.

⚙️ Important Guidelines

• Tickets are non-transferable.

• Carry a valid photo ID (college ID / Aadhar / passport / driver’s license) during check-in.

• Workshops have limited seats and will require separate confirmation.

• There’s no rush - take your time to fill your registration form properly.

• Early bird coupon codes are unique and valid only for intended recipients.

• A seat is confirmed only after successful payment.

• Refunds are subject to timing and administrative approval.

• Organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, venue, or event format if required.

• Attendees must adhere to the GDG Code of Conduct - respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free participation is mandatory.

• By attending, you consent to event photography and media coverage.

• Misuse of coupon codes or fake registrations may result in cancellation without refund.
