I’m currently consulting for a client in the customer support automation space. They are expanding their platform to include fully autonomous AI voice calling, and we are looking for a few sharp Prompt Engineers to help set up the conversational workflows.

The Work:

You will be designing the step-by-step processes that guide the AI agent during a live call. This involves:

• Crafting system prompts tailored to specific client business needs.

• Structuring workflows so the AI agent seamlessly uses customer context and historical data.

• Ensuring the agent stays on track, handles interruptions, and drives the conversation toward a resolution.

Who We’re Looking For:

You don't need a decade of voice AI experience. We need smart, logical thinkers who understand LLM behavior and can map out effective conversation architectures. If you can pick up workflow logic quickly with minimal training, you’ll be a great fit.
