Session Proposal Guidelines:

  • Duration: 15-25 minutes(Session), 45 Mins(Workshop). Design your session accordingly.
  • Accessibility: Ensure the session is easy to follow and encourages active engagement (e.g., interactive elements, demos).
  • Topics: We welcome proposals in UX/Product Design, HMI, Design with AI, Agentic AI, Hands on Workshop and related fields.
  • Session should be well curated for audience which is intermediate to senior level.
  • Learning Outcome: Each session must have a clear end goal. Example: "Participants will build a basic email-managing agent." Clearly state the intended learning outcome in your proposal.
