By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Promotion responsibility: If selected, I will promote DevFest Nagpur 2026 through the social media platforms, college networks, and other channels specified in my application.

2. Unique coupon code: The organizing team may provide me with a unique promotional coupon code. I will share the code accurately and encourage interested attendees to use it while booking their DevFest Nagpur 2026 tickets.

3. Booking attribution: Only successful, eligible ticket bookings made using my assigned coupon code will count towards my reward target. The organizing team will verify bookings using its official ticketing and registration records. Cancelled, refunded, duplicate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible bookings will not count.

4. Reward eligibility: I will be eligible for the following rewards after verification:

   • Mentioned above.

5. Reward clarification: The mentioned milestone qualifies me for one complimentary DevFest pass. The goodies reward is not automatically additional to the pass unless the organizing team confirms otherwise. Rewards are subject to verification, availability, and the organizers' communicated redemption instructions.

6. Content and conduct: I will share accurate information about the event and follow the promotional guidelines provided by the organizing team. I will not make misleading claims about ticket prices, benefits, speakers, rewards, or event details.

7. Genuine promotion: I will not generate fake bookings, manipulate coupon usage, use bots, or engage in any fraudulent activity to meet my target.

8. Use of promotional material: I will use official event logos, creatives, descriptions, and other materials in accordance with the guidelines shared by the organizers.

9. Tracking and verification: I understand that the organizing team will determine eligible bookings based on its official records. I may be asked to provide links to my promotional content for verification.

10. Selection and communication: Submitting this form does not guarantee selection, a coupon code, rewards, or a complimentary pass. Selected applicants will receive confirmation and further instructions from the organizing team.

11. Event updates: I understand that event details, promotional instructions, and reward redemption information will be communicated through the official channels designated by the organizing team.

12. Agreement: I confirm that the information provided in this application is accurate and that I have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
