Job Summary: Job Title:Devops Lead Job Location: Bangalore Experience: 7-10 years Job Family: Quality Engineering DevOps Lead with 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and cloud-native infrastructure. Should be skilled in Kubernetes, multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and automation for performance, reliability, and cost optimization. Job Responsibilities: SKILLS & TOOLS CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps Cloud: AWS (EKS, EC2, S3), Azure (AKS, ACR), GCP (GKE, GCE) Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch Scripting: Shell, YAML Other: Snowflake, Dremio, Cast.ai, Kubecost OS: RHEL, Ubuntu, Amazon Linux CERTIFICATION CKA – Certified Kubernetes Administrator or any other related certification Key Responsibilities • Leading a team of DevOps engineers, managing sprint planning, execution, and delivery timelines. • Driving CI/CD automation and GitOps workflows for over 20+ microservices, improving deployment speed and reliability. • Collaborating with developers and product owners to streamline feature rollouts and reduce feedback cycles. • Mentoring junior engineers on DevOps best practices, Kubernetes and Docker • Automate Azure DevOps pipelines, reducing manual effort • Implement DR strategy, reducing downtime • Build monitoring dashboards for real-time insights • Create Docker-based demo setup, reducing client onboarding time • Manage Kubernetes autoscaling, cutting infra costs Job Qualifications and Requirements: • BE/ME/B.Tech/ M.Tech (Computer Science/IT or Electronics & Communications). • Should completed all the mandatory trainings. • Learn any new technology / Platform / Tools within the Project. • Present Lesson Learnt Activities after each sprint • Interacts and Participate in Project Calls, Organizational Discussions, etc • 100% accuracy in maintain and updating Time Sheets • Participate in Team building activities. • Participate in office cultural activities.
