Field Sales Executive

Role Overview: We are looking for motivated individuals who are comfortable interacting with people and want hands-on experience in sales and customer engagement. This role involves working closely with the team to connect with housing societies, understand their needs, and support onboarding efforts. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach Identify and approach housing societies, RWAs, and apartment associations Conduct cold visits, calls, and WhatsApp outreach Build and maintain a database of society leads Product Pitching Explain product features and benefits to society admins Conduct basic demos (online or on-site) Clearly communicate the value of different plans On-ground Execution Visit societies nearby Assist in onboarding admins, guards, and RWAs Support pilot launches and collect feedback Sales Support & Reporting Track conversations, follow-ups, and conversions Share regular updates with the team Capture customer feedback and objections
