Product Management Intern

Qualification - B.Tech/M. Tech (ECE, IT, CSE)/ BCA/ MCA Technical Qualifications - - Knowledge of scripting language (Python/ JS/ PHP/ Ballerina) - Understanding of APIs and automation - Knowledge of the SaaS ecosystem Job Description - You'll be responsible for one of the SaaS products in our technology stack. Your primary job will be to research product capabilities based on gathered requirements. Afterwards, you'll be required to either coordinate cross-functional teams for training them or with the technology team to expand the functionality. - Be the evangelist for the product both internally and externally. - Make sure all teams are leveraging the product for maximum efficiency. - Train team members on product capabilities and best practices. - Research product capabilities and features based on functional requirements. - Communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders to understand their needs and convert them into requirements for the tech team. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely - Take appropriate actions to improve product and product line efficiencies and performance to achieve overall revenue, retention, growth and customer satisfaction.
