This talk will focus on the common phenomenon of Impostor Syndrome among women in the tech industry, and provide practical strategies for overcoming it. Impostor Syndrome is the feeling of self-doubt and inadequacy despite evidence of one's competence and success. It can be especially prevalent in fields where there is a lack of diversity and representation, and can lead to decreased confidence, motivation, and even burnout. This talk will celebrate the accomplishments and contributions of women in tech, and inspire attendees to continue breaking down barriers and overcoming challenges in their careers.
