We live and breathe in a world that, as good as it may be, tends to be unfair to underrepresented groups, no matter what context that may be in. Unfortunately, a major factor of representation is gender, and unfair treatment on this basis is far more common than it should be, especially in the workplace. Women and LGBTQIA+ individuals often have to face the brunt of this unjustness, and it truly is high time men pull up their socks and work harder to help improve this situation. Therefore, in this session, I would love to talk more about how men can be better allies in the workplace and help make a more equitable environment for all people.
