SarkarAI OS — Autonomous Multi-Agent Governance Operating System for Lucknow 

SarkarAI OS is a futuristic AI-powered governance workflow platform designed to modernize complex Indian bureaucratic processes using autonomous multi-agent systems. The platform simulates and automates workflows such as property registration, pension disbursement, grievance routing, and departmental approvals through intelligent AI orchestration.

Built specifically for the Agentic Premier League (APL) Qualifiers, SarkarAI OS combines realtime AI coordination, multilingual citizen interaction, OCR-based document processing, workflow automation, and live agent visualization into a single enterprise-grade GovTech platform.

The system enables citizens to upload documents, trigger workflows, track approvals in realtime, communicate with AI assistants in Hindi/English/Awadhi, and receive intelligent updates throughout the process. Simultaneously, government officers and administrators can monitor approvals, analyze workflow bottlenecks, view AI-generated recommendations, and oversee live orchestration between autonomous agents.

One of the platform’s core innovations is its realtime multi-agent orchestration engine powered by LangGraph and Gemini AI. Users can visually observe AI agents communicating, delegating tasks, validating documents, routing approvals, and executing workflows dynamically through a cinematic live workflow graph.

  • The core idea and workflow architecture for SarkarAI OS was initially conceptualized and discussed collaboratively within the team. One of our team members proposed the foundational governance automation concept and helped define the primary workflow structure for bureaucratic processes such as property registration, pension disbursement, and departmental approval orchestration. Building upon that idea, the team collectively expanded the system into a full-scale AI-powered multi-agent governance platform with realtime orchestration, multilingual AI interaction, OCR-based document intelligence, workflow analytics, and live agent visualization. The final implementation, architecture planning, AI orchestration design, backend systems, frontend experience, and realtime execution framework were collaboratively developed and engineered by the entire team during the hackathon.
