SmartSense

SmartSense is an end-to-end customer support agent built on Agora’s Conversational AI. The React console lets operators join the same RTC channel as the AI, monitor sentiment, and visualize structured insights in real time. A Fastify-based custom LLM enriches every utterance with Pinecone-backed RAG and Supabase-connected tools, so the agent can cite policy, update orders, or raise escalations without leaving the conversation. An Express backend glues it all together by provisioning Agora sessions, injecting customer-aware prompts, and exposing automation APIs/webhooks. We created it to show how brands can deliver premium voice support with measurable intelligence, and other teams can reuse the stack as a blueprint for their own AI-first contact centers.
