Solid Modeling
• Time limit: 1 hour. • Software will be provided (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks). • Models must be original and created during the event. • Plagiarism or copying prohibited. • Models must contain at least 3 views (top, front, side). • Participants should demonstrate 3D rotation of the model. • Drawing file should be saved and submitted digitally. • Complex parts may get bonus points. • Incomplete designs will still be considered but penalized. • No pre-saved templates allowed. • Software crashes are participant’s responsibility. • Judges may ask technical questions about the model. • Extra marks for applying constraints properly. • Participants cannot share files with others.
Participants must bring their own materials and items required for creating their project/video, as no resources will be provided by the organizers.
