​🎟️ Registration & Team Details Team Size:

• ​Team Size: Participants may compete individually or in teams of up to a maximum of 3 members.

• ​Registration Cost: Free of Charge (Registration is mandatory).

• ​Important: The submitted ticket will be directed solely to the team lead responsible for completing the registration form.

• ​Registration Deadline: Ticket sales conclude at 12:00 AM on 17th January 2025.

​⚠️ Important Notes

• ​Laptops are Compulsory: This is a coding-intensive hackathon. Please bring your own device, fully charged. Participants without a laptop will NOT BE ADMITTED.

• ​Be on Time: The event will begin sharp at 10:00 AM. Late arrivals may affect team formation and participation eligibility.

• ​Personal Belongings: The management is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items; you are solely responsible for your belongings.

• ​Open to Professionals & Early Developers: Please carry a valid Government ID (for professionals) or College ID (for students) for verification at the registration desk.

​⚠️ IMPORTANT: Team Registration Instructions Please Read Before Registering:

​This registration form must be completed by the Team Lead ONLY.

• ​One Ticket Per Team: A single ticket will be generated for the Team Lead. This single ticket grants entry to your entire team (maximum 3 members).

• ​Do Not Duplicate: Please do not have every team member register individually.

• ​Teammate Details: You will be asked to provide the names of your teammates in the questions below.

​If you are participating as an individual, simply leave the teammate name fields blank.

​📍 Important Location & Selection Details:

• ​Phase 1 (Pre-Hackathon):

  • ​Held locally in both Mumbai and Pune.

  • ​Pune Hub: Data Axle, Pune (ICC Tech Tower, SB Road, Pune)

​Note: Participation in the Pre-Hackathon is subject to seat availability at the respective venues. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

• ​Phase 2 (Grand Finale - Jan 26th):

  • ​Held exclusively in Mumbai.

  • ​Selection: This is an exclusive Project Showcase & Presentation round.

  • ​Only the Top 20 Teams from the Pre-Hackathon will be shortlisted to travel to Mumbai and present their solutions to the judges.
