Who we are

Google Developer Groups (GDG) is the first technical community at Dronacharya College of Engineering. It is helping numerous students bridge the gap between theory and practice by connecting them with relevant opportunities so that they can grow their knowledge and build effective solutions for real-world problems.
Google Developer Groups are community-driven groups for developers, students, and enthusiasts interested in Google technologies. Members from all backgrounds—whether undergraduate, graduate, or professionals—are welcome. By joining GDG, participants grow their knowledge in a peer-to-peer learning environment and build solutions that positively impact local businesses and communities.
Ever since this community was established at our campus, we have been actively organizing several technical events and competitions. For example, a hands-on webinar on Android Development using Flutter, BuzzQuizz (a quiz testing students’ programming knowledge), and many other engaging sessions have received huge support from our college’s student community.
