Build. Sprint. Deploy.
The Project Mentorship Sprint Program is a high-intensity, 4-week execution framework designed to simulate a professional software engineering environment. This is a delivery-focused initiative where participants work in cross-functional teams to build and deploy production-ready MVPs.
📌 What Makes This Different?
- Mentor-Driven Execution: You will work under a Technical Lead (GDG Mentor) who will guide your architecture and review your code.
- Agile Discipline: Experience weekly sprint reviews, stand-ups, and documentation standards used by top tech companies.
- Real-World Deployment: Your goal is a live, cloud-hosted application—not just a project sitting on your local machine.
- High Accountability: This is a performance-based program. Certification and recognition are reserved for those who meet every sprint deadline.
📌 Selection Criteria: We are looking for 20 dedicated individuals per cohort.
📌 Selection is based on:
- Technical Foundation: Familiarity with Full-Stack concepts (Frontend, Backend, or Data).
- Commitment: Ability to dedicate time to weekly meetings and daily asynchronous updates.
- Ownership: A mindset focused on solving problems rather than just following instructions.
📅 The 4-Week Sprint Roadmap
- Week 1 (Design & Planning): Problem scoping, Figma wireframing, and System Architecture.
- Week 2 (Core Development): Backend logic, API creation, and Database schema design.
- Week 3 (Optimization): UI/UX refinement, debugging, and feature integration.
- Week 4 (Final Delivery): Deployment (GCP/Firebase/Vercel) and Production Readiness.
Important Note on Participation: This program requires high commitment. By applying, you agree to:
Attend all weekly Sprint Reviews.
Collaborate actively with your assigned team on GitHub. Meet the delivery timelines set by your Mentor.
