I'm sure you'd understand if you are a regular attendee that we had about 1800 registrations and the method of shortlisting while keeping a healthy mix of new, regular, diversity and experience.

@arpansac so the team should had sent rejection mail as well to the people whom you are not sending the entry passes, it not good to give false hope to majority of the people who had applied.

Whoever reading the comments just ask the organising committee that what are the rules/methods they apply for shortlisting because they never opens it up publically

We don't go by first come first serve, it's more on the lines of keeping a mix of regular attendees, new members, professionals, students and diversity.

We wish we could invite everyone, but can't due to the limitations as the space doesn't allow, plus there's limited fnb. That's why we keep doing events through the year

I am asking the rules for shortlisting, because i have observed in many of major events that some of the seats are already reserved for the closed ones, i hope you understand what i mean

There are no rules, just criteria, if you fill your form well the chances are higher. There's no reservation

Right now the situation is all good, though there's frequent traffic if you are coming by road. The venue is situated far from traffic though :)
