DevFest is GDG's annual globally distributed conference. It's a community-led tech conference that brings together developers, tech enthusiasts, and industry experts to learn, share, and collaborate on various topics such as software development, recent technology trends, and more. Shortlist-Based Allocation (RSVP):

To deliver a high-quality learning experience, prevent overcrowding, and maintain interactive hall capacities, DevFest Ranchi 2026 operates on an application and shortlist model.
- RSVP is an Application, Not a Confirmed Pass: Submitting your RSVP registers your profile for review, it does not guarantee entry or reserve a seat.
- Review & Shortlisting: Our team evaluates applications across each track to ensure a balanced mix of students, builders, and working professionals.
- Private Invitation Link: Only shortlisted applicants will receive an official confirmation email containing the ticket payment link.
First-Come, First-Served Confirmation (Limited Seats)

Seats across individual tracks are strictly capped. Receiving a shortlist invitation does not guarantee your seat, your admission is locked in only after successful payment on a first-come, first-served basis.
Strict Non-Refundable Policy:

All ticket sales and registrations are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once booked, a seat cannot be cancelled or swapped.
