Shortlisted teams who are unable to reach the campus will be given an online evaluation option for the final round.

Q&A with judges
⚠️ Teams attending the on-campus final round will still have the advantage of live interaction, but no team will be disqualified solely due to physical unavailability.

FAQs
What should I do after filling the registration form?
After registering on Commudle, the Team Lead will receive an email with instructions to complete the registration fee payment. Registration is confirmed only after completing both steps.
Is any confirmation required from my team members?
After completing your registration, make sure your teammates also confirm their participation. Ask each teammate to accept the BuildBeacon invite sent to the email addresses you entered in the registration form. Their confirmation is necessary for the team to be officially registered.
What is the team size?
Each team must consist of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 members.
What is the main focus of the hackathon?
The hackathon focuses on solving real-world problems through logical thinking, system design, and hands-on development.
Will there be mentorship?
Yes. Multiple mentorship sessions will be conducted at key stages of the hackathon to guide teams on problem understanding, development, and final presentation
Is there any participation fee?
No.
Where will the hackathon take place?
The hackathon will follow a hybrid format. The build phase will be online, and the final round will take place on campus at Jamia Hamdard during Technozova.
What technologies can we use?
Participants are free to use any suitable technologies, frameworks, or programming languages. Use of APIs, automation, and AI is encouraged where relevant to the problem.
Will participants get certificates?
Yes. All confirmed participants who complete the hackathon will receive participation certificates. Winners and special award recipients will receive additional recognition.
How will communication happen during the hackathon?
All official communication will take place through email and a dedicated WhatsApp group created for registered and confirmed teams.
