With over 9 years of experience in product and program management, she has established herself as a strategic leader in AI-driven solutions, enterprise automation, and customer-centric platform development. Currently based in Seattle, Megha spearheads Amazon's Worldwide CS Concessions program, where she has achieved remarkable results including a reduction in concession, proactive defect resolution through predictive analytics, and working toward reduction in manual intervention time. Her leadership extends to managing strategic partnerships across worldwide Retail, Seller Services, Finance, and BI teams while facilitating bi-weekly steering meetings with over 100 global stakeholders. Academically, Megha holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from The University of Texas at Dallas, where she graduated as a Double Dean's Scholar, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication from PES Institute of Technology, Bangalore.
