Reality Check: Bangalore Edition

Bangalore has more people who've actually shipped something real with AI than almost any city in India and almost none of them get a stage that isn't a pitch competition or a recruiter mixer. Shipped Live is built for that gap.

This is a builder showcase, not a panel. A curated set of builders each get a short slot to demo something they've actually built and put in front of real users live, unscripted, running on their own laptop, not a slide deck. After each demo, the floor opens up: the room gets to ask what broke, what surprised them, and what they'd do differently. No pitch judging, no VC scorecards just builders being honest about their own work in front of people who understand it.

What to expect

• 4–6 live builder demos, 8–10 minutes each, followed by open floor discussion
• No slides-only talks, if it can't be shown running, it doesn't get a slot
• A room of builders, engineers, and enterprise product leads who ask real questions, not softball ones
• Space between demos to actually talk to the people who built things you found interesting

This isn't open registration. Builders demoing are selected based on what they've actually built and shipped not on the idea alone. If you want to demo, be ready to show it running, not describe it.
