Who we are
SoarJMI is a technical and cultural society focused on empowering students through educational opportunities like webinars, bootcamps, and industrial visits to corporate offices. They provide practical exposure and have hosted sessions, including "AI Using ChatGPT," and visits to Microsoft for over 100 students.
Their initiatives extend to entrepreneurship, with visits to Bhashini Connect and workshops like the Postman API Workshop.
Collaborating with GDSC JMI, they organized DevXJMI, an intercollege hackathon with 50+ teams, featuring three rounds to address real-world challenges. SoarJMI’s goal is to equip students for successful careers in tech and beyond.
SoarJMI has expanded from a purely technical society to include cultural activities such as poetry, dancing, singing, gaming, and festivals, allowing broader student participation beyond its original technical focus.
