Bharath Balasubramanyam leads Salient's Tech Practice in Singapore, where he places senior AI, engineering, and cybersecurity talent across the APAC region. He works closely with frontier AI companies, high-growth tech startups, and consultancies as they scale their teams in the region giving him a front-row view into how AI talent pipelines are actually being built, and where the gaps are.
